Biography
Mike was appointed Group Technology Director in 2010, responsible for the development and qualification of new or improved products and proprietary components, as well as SBM Offshore’s Intellectual Property portfolio. Since joining the Company in 1995, he has contributed to various major projects in engineering management positions, before moving into more general management roles in engineering, proposals and sales. Mike began his career in refining and various North Sea projects. He is a Graduate in Chemical and Process Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh and is a Fellow of the UK Institution of Chemical Engineers.
