Biography
He was Chief Financial Officer of Rio Tinto plc and Rio Tinto Limited from 2002 to April 2013, and remained Senior Executive Director until he retired at the end of 2013. From 2007 to 2010, he was a Non-executive Director of Cadbury plc, serving as Chairman of its Audit Committee from 2008 to 2009 and as Senior Independent Director from 2008 to 2010
