Biography
Stacy McMahan joined Spectranetics in September 2015 as Chief Financial Officer. She previously served as CFO of MSA Safety Incorporated, a global industrial company protecting the health and safety of industrial workers for over 100 years. During her tenure, MSA expanded enterprise value over 18%, strengthened capital access for strategic investments, and refreshed its capital deployment program. In 2014, McMahan led a strategic review for MSA that culminated in expanding inorganic growth goals and a more focused approach to value creation. Previously, she served over twenty years in the life science industry, most recently as Vice President, Finance for the Customer Channels Group of Thermo Fisher Scientific where she directed the channel finance function supporting research, safety and healthcare customers and suppliers. Prior to that role, McMahan served over six years with the Johnson & Johnson family of companies as the Vice President of Finance and CFO for Johnson & Johnson Customer & Logistics Services and Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems as well as World Wide Vice President of Finance and CFO for DePuy Orthopaedics and Executive Director of Finance for Ethicon Endo-Surgery. Before joining Johnson & Johnson, she progressed through a variety of leadership roles over sixteen years with Eli Lilly and Company, including eight years of international experience in Europe and Australia. She was CFO of Lilly’s global animal health division as well as CFO of Lilly Australia Pty. Ltd. Stacy is a graduate of Oklahoma State University, holds a MBA from the Harvard Business School and is a Certified Management Accountant.
