Biography
Robert Hof carries over 20 years of leadership experience in R&D and BD positions in the pharmaceutical service industry. Robert joined Syncom in 2010 as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Syncom he has worked 13 years for the pharma division of DSM where he held managerial responsibilities in the field of process R&D, cGMP manufacturing and innovation management. Robert has extensive experience in both small molecule as well as biopharmaceutical process development. Also, Robert has worked 2 years for Pepscan Therapeutics leading the CMC development of Pepscan’s therapeutic vaccine pipeline. Robert obtained his MSc in 1990 and received his PhD in Organic Chemistry in 1995 from the University of Groningen, The Netherlands.
