R.F. (Rob) Poell is working as Professor in the Department of Human Resource Studies, Tilburg School of Social and Behavioural Sciences, Tilburg University, Netherlands.
Research Interest
Human Resource Development. This encompasses all aspects of learning, training, education, development, and change in organizations and their employees. My specific interest is in the organization of learning in the workplace and the strategies used in that respect by employees, managers, and HRD professionals.
