- creativity of teams and groups - how do teams take risky decisions and when do teams take decisions that are more risky or more cautious than individuals do? - the how and why of knowledge sharing (or lack thereof) in organizations - effects of external pressure on the creative performance of groups - social influence through networks - social network analysis (both theory and methods) - prediction of the success of a new product - product development, innovation, R&D - high-performance teams - sport teams (sport team performance, management of sport teams, support for sport teams)
