Biography
Gordon was appointed Chief financial officer of TMF Group in April 2012. He brings significant business services experience, and has worked in both private equity backed and publicly quoted businesses. Most recently, Gordon was chief financial officer and head of offshore operations at Alexander Mann Solutions, the global leader in recruitment process outsourcing. His previous roles have included group finance director at Xansa plc and London Bridge Software Holdings plc. Gordon was also a non-executive director and chair of the Audit Committee of Sepura plc from July 2013 to May 2017 and Intec Telecom Systems plc from 2006-2009. Gordon was previously a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. Gordon holds a BSc in Metallurgy from Strathclyde University.
