Jack L. Kaye

Biography

  Mr. Jack L. Kaye, CPA, served as a Partner of Deloitte & Touche, LLP, an international accounting, tax and consulting firm from 1978 to May 2006. Mr. Kaye began his career at Deloitte & Touche, LLP in 1970. In addition, he served as Deloitte's Tri-state liaison with the banking and finance community and assisted clients with numerous merger and acquisition transactions. He served as Partner-in-Charge of Deloitte's Tri-State Core Client practice for more than twenty years. He has 40 years of extensive experience consulting with clients on accounting and reporting matters, private and public debt financings, SEC rules and regulations and corporate governance / Sarbanes-Oxley issues. He has been a Director of uniQure N.V. since June 15, 2016. He has been an Independent Director at Dyadic International, Inc. since April 1, 2015. He served as a Director of Tongli Pharmaceuticals (USA), Inc. until June 19, 2009. He served as a Director of Keryx Biopharmaceuticals Inc. since September 20, 2006 until May 25, 2016. He served as Director of Balboa Biosciences, Inc. He serves as Chairman of the Banking/Tabulations Committee for Variety-the Children's Charity, a position he has held for more than twenty years. He serves as Consultant and Fund raiser for several not-for-profit organizations. He has been honored by Women's League Community Residences, OTSAR, B'nai Brith and American ORT and received each organization's Distinguished Service Award for numerous civic and charitable endeavors and commitment to community volunteer service. Mr. Kaye holds a BBA from Baruch College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
