A. (angelique) Lieberton

Biography

Angelique Lieberton finished her studies International Management at the Hogeschool voor Economische Studies (University of Applied Sciences) Amsterdam in 1999. She supplemented this with a variety of courses and studies in the field of tourism (SEPR I degree) event management (Master in event management), desktop publishing and project management (IPMA D). She worked part-time as an office manager at a small software company for over 3 years. After her studies she also started as a part-time marketing manager at an insurance intermediary. She worked in Switzerland at Brother and in Australia as an assistant to the accreditation manager at the St. Vincent's Hospital - Correctional Health. In October 2001 she started as a temp at SCHOLAR, an institute of the University of Amsterdam. Her help with the organisation of the 'Nederlandse ArbeidsmarktDag' (Dutch labour market day), a conference that AIAS co-organised with SCHOLAR on 23 April 2002, brought her to AIAS. As of 1 May 2002, Angelique works as the office manager of AIAS. Next to the management of the secretariat, there are other tasks to keep her busy. She is a member of the BHV team and is also team leader. She is also a member of the Management Team of AIAS. She (co)organised various international conferences in the Netherlands and abroad.
