Biography
Bérénice Boutin is a Researcher in international law at the Asser Institute (The Hague). She is also a Research Fellow at the International Centre for Counter-Terrorism (ICCT), and Managing Editor of the Netherlands Yearbook of International Law (NYIL). Her research addresses legal aspects of counter-terrorism and military operations, with a particular focus on issues of international responsibility.
