Biography
Professor Jonathan Soeharno has particular expertise in the field of the administration of justice and legal theory, notably on (professional) ethics, integrity, logic, rhetoric, judicial decision-making and rule of law. Soeharno wrote his PhD about the Integrity of the Judge (2009) and held his inaugural lecture about the Value of the Oath (2013). At the Amsterdam Honours College of Law, Soeharno is the Director of Studies. Soeharno is lawyer at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek where he specialises in corporate, commercial and Supreme Court litigation. In addition, he acts as advisor to financial institutions and corporates on ethics and integrity issues.
