Biography
She holds a ResMSc in Social Psychology (University of Amsterdam) and did a PhD in Organizational Behavior at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Her primary research interests focus on power (structures and dynamics) in teams, and the consequences and contigencies of leader vulnerability.
