Biography
He holds an MSc in Organizational Psychology (Leiden University) and Management (Rotterdam School of Management) and obtained his PhD degree in Organizational Behavior at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. His primary research interests focus on visionary leadership, leading change, and the antecedents of leader behavior.
