Biography
Marleen Wessel is writing a dissertation on financial regulatory reform in the department of Constitutional and Administrative Law. Her project is part of the Research Programme Market Regulation (Marktordening), directed by her promotor, Adrienne de Moor-van Vugt. Provisional title: Governing systemic risk in the financial sector: Legal and institutional aspects In May 2009, Marleen received her master's degree in Dutch law ( cum laude ) with an essay titled: Ruimte voor duurzame energie. Aanleg van energie-infrastructuur voor de productie en het transport van elektriciteit uit hernieuwbare bronnen. Nederlandse aanpak en regels in de context van Europees klimaatbeleid.
