Biography
Lars Tummers is Associate Professor of Public Management at the Utrecht School of Governance and a Research Fellow at Arizona State University. His main research interests are public management, leadership and government-citizen relations. Related to this, he develops an interdisciplinary field combining psychology and public administration, called 'Behavioral Public Administration'.
