Biography
Since September 2011, Liping Dai is a PhD Candidate at Utrecht Centre for Water, Oceans and Sustainability Law of Utrecht University. She is doing a comparative research of water law between China and the European Union, which involves eco-compensation mechanism (Payments for ecosystems), water agricultural pollution control, and water governance. Her PhD thesis focuses on transition in China’s water resources management.
