Biography
Saskia de Bodt is University lecturer of Art History at Utrecht University and since 2008 Special Professor of Illustrations (1850-present) at the University of Amsterdam. Her research focuses on the visual art between 1850-1950 in the Netherlands and Belgium as well as illustrations (internationally). She participated in various exhibitions in Belgium (KMSKB, Brussels, MSK, Ghent), but also in Japan and Denmark (Copenhagen, Art Industry Museum).
