Biography
Martin Liam Ferguson serves as a Consultant for a number of technology based companies in the UK. Mr. Ferguson subsequently undertook a number of board appointments in industry as Group Finance Director or Chief Executive Officer for various technology engineering groups. He co-established an engineering design consultancy company in 1990 which was later sold in 2000 for approximately £18 million. He serves as the Chairman of Vindon Healthcare Plc and has been its Executive Director since November 25, 2005. Mr. Ferguson qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse (now PwC) where he spent 10 years specialising in management consulting, business strategy and viability assessments.
