Biography
Mr. van Dam is Senior Vice President, Accounting & Control, and since March 2017 he took the additional role as CFO for Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). Previously he held the position as CFO for Global Business Services (GBS). In his role as CFO for GBS, he also lead the North American – Accounting Center, a virtual shared service accounting organization part of GBS that oversees all transactional accounting activities across all Wolters Kluwer units in North America.
