Libby Curtis Webb

Biography

  Libby Curtis Webb recently joined ZappRx as the company’s Senior Vice President, Product. In this role, she is leading ZappRx’s Product, Technology, and Marketing teams as the company quickly scales and commercializes its platform. A product and technology veteran, Webb brings more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software product strategy, product management, and product marketing expertise to ZappRx. Before joining ZappRx, Webb served as SVP of Product at Copatient, a health technology company designed to help consumers manage and negotiate their medical bills.   Before Copatient, Webb served as Executive Director of Product Management for athenaCollector where she guided athenahealth's flagship revenue cycle management service to address the rise in patient financial responsibility and provider AR challenges. At athenahealth, Webb also served as Director of Product Management for athenaCommunicator. In this role, she launched and matured athenahealth's premier patient engagement solution ranked as the #1 Patient Portal in the United States by the KLAS rating service.    Webb’s passion for helping fix healthcare began when she consulted with the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services and in particular assisting MassHealth launch their first performance management program. Since then, she has devoted her career to developing innovative technology solutions that improve our nation’s healthcare system.
