Biography
Sheree graduated with an Honours degree in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Otago before gaining commercial R&D experience at a Dunedin based Biotechnology company. In 2016, Sheree completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Bioscience Enterprise. Through this she has developed practical experience in accounting and finance, marketing, market analysis, IP, regulatory and business development elements of research commercialisation. Currently, Sheree is studying towards her Masters in Bioscience Enterprise, under the joint supervision of the University of Auckland and BioPacific Partners. She is also part of the industry facing team of Chiasma, a student-led non-profit organisation that focuses on connecting academia and industry in order to foster science innovation and entrepreneurship.
