Biography
Zoe has an undergraduate degree in biomedical science, specialising in reproduction, growth and metabolism. Following on from this, Zoe has pursued science in a commercial setting through the Bioscience Enterprise programme at the University of Auckland, developed specifically for students with a background in the life sciences. Through this course, Zoe has gained understanding in law and intellectual property, marketing and accounting pertaining to research commercialisation, and was able to work on developing commercialisation strategies for early stage technologies as well as projects involving assessment of commercial viability of such technologies through comprehensive market research. Zoe is completing her Masters in Bioscience Enterprise while working as a research intern at BioPacific Partners.
