Biography
“I hail from the beautiful Hauraki Plains, but joined the Body In Motion team in 2013. After getting my Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from Otago University in 2009, I returned to the rural Waikato to work in private practice physiotherapy clinics. In 2011, I completed a Post-graduate Certificate in Western Acupuncture (through AUT). I enjoy the variety of treating a wide range of injuries, and use a hands-on approach and a combination of manual therapy, exercise prescription and acupuncture. In her spare time, I love getting out for a run and playing netball.”
