Biography
After completing her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Otago University in 2010, Steph has primarily worked in private practice treating a range of musculoskeletal injuries with an exercise prescription and/or gym based rehabilitation focus. Steph has also worked in aged care, but her passion lies in Womens Health Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy and Pilates. She has a special interest in pre and post natal pregnancy, helping women manage their pregnancy related pain, as well as providing clinical Pilates tailored to their needs. Since joining Body In Motion in June 2014, Steph has also been involved in the Pain Management Program & Return to Work Programs. Steph is trained in clinical Pilates (DMA Clinical Pilates), pre and post natal Pilates; dry needling and women's health. Steph is currently completing a Post Graduate Certificate in Health Science to specialise in Hand Therapy treatment.
