Biography
Mr. Michael Miller is the Chief Executive Officer - Downer Rail of the Company. Mr Miller joined Downer in 2011 and was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Rail in 2013 and then Acting Chief Executive Officer of Rail in July 2015. In these roles he has driven a number of strategic initiatives which have improved the competitiveness of the Rail business and ensured it is well positioned for the future. Prior to joining Downer, Mr Miller held executive positions within the IT and Telecommunications industry including with Hewlett Packard and Nortel Networks. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University.
