Biography
Karen joined the Downs Customer Service team recently and brings with her knowledge from an extensive background working in the medical field in a variety of roles. Karen was previously a member of RNZAF and as a result has worked in Israel, Syria and East Timor. She has Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Arts degrees and has very quickly become a valuable member of our Customer Service Team. Karen's organisation ability means she is very well suited to the role of Warehouse Coordinator.
