Biography
Mr. Richard Anthony Fountayne England, FCA, MAICD, is Non-Executive Director of Nanosonics Ltd. He joined the Board in February 2010. He is a chartered accountant and professional Non-executive Director. Mr England has been a Director of Macquarie Atlas Roads Limited (ASX:MQA) since June 2010 and a Director of Japara Healthcare Limited (ASX:JHC) since April 2014. In August 2016 Mr England was appointed Director and Chairman of QANTM Intellectual Property Ltd (ASX:QIP). Mr England was appointed a Non-executive Director of Bingo Industry Limited in March 2017. He was a Director and Chairman of Chandler Macleod Group Limited (ASX:CMG) from February 2008 to April 2015 and a Director and Chairman of Ruralco Holdings Limited (ASX:RHL) from 2002 to September 2016.
