Biography
Mr. Babu is a Masters in International Economics and Relations from Johns Hopkins University, (School of Advanced International Studies). He also holds an MBA from Xaviers's Labour Relations Institute, Jamshedpur, India. Under his leadership, within a span of 4 years IEISL has mandates of managing waste of over 10,000 Tons Per Day (TPD) across the country. Mr. Babu specializes in project management, institutional and financial analysis, urban infrastructure planning and funding for divergent projects developed under the Public Private Partnership format. He has wide international experience and has also worked extensively with multilateral institutions in the infrastructure sector.
