Richard Krogh

Biography

Richard is presently a director of Port Taranaki Limited, Top Energy Limited, Ngwaha Generation Limited, PKW Farms GP Limited, The Lines Company Limited, and Energia Limited. He has also previously been a director of a number of infrastructure businesses in New Zealand, Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom. Richard has also served on a number of industry organisation boards and was a former chair of the Electricity Networks Association. Energia, Richard’s consultancy practice, specialises in infrastructure strategy, asset management and business development. As a qualified electrical engineer, Richard is a member of the Institute of Professional Engineers New Zealand and the New Zealand Institute of Directors. Richard’s specialties include: Strategy, business development, mergers and acquisition, business integration, change management, infrastructure asset management, economic regulation, risk and governance.
