Biography
John was brought on board as an independent director from inception and is currently serving as chair of the Board of Directors of the Company. He is also the founder of nationwide law firm Online Lawyers and previously, was General Manager and Managing Partner of a Christchurch based law firm. His personal area of expertise is Commercial, Employment and Health and Safety Law, with an emphasis on Health. Having previously managed a traditional law firm both strategically and operationally, John offers the Board a unique governance and corporate perspective. John also shares David and Lenny’s vision, values and passion for good workplaces.
