Lenny O’connell

Biography

Lenny is the Managing Director of Fit For Work. He is an Occupational Therapist with a Master’s Degree in Health Science (Endorsed in Occupational Health).  Lenny has 15 years’ experience specialising in Occupational Health and Rehabilitation and has industry-specific expertise in a wide variety of manufacturing, transport, farming, warehousing and all trade-related industries. His personal major focus is on providing services in pre-employment capacity testing, functional capacity testing, environmental audits (ergonomic) and recommendations, company-specific manual handling and general prevention education (strains and sprains).
