Marissa Cope

Biography

Marissa is Contracts Manager and Business Development Manager at Fit For Work. Marissa is responsible for ensuring that we are meeting and exceeding the service requirements of our contracts as well as procuring and establishing new contracts with companies and government organisations.  She also has oversight of our contracting relationships with Providers. Marissa provides Contract Management support to our Clinical Manager and Portfolio Coordinators (VRS Provider Coordinator, Pain Management, Osseointegration, Occupational Health). Marissa currently also holds the role of Occupational Health Portfolio Coordinator. Marissa has been working at Fit For Work (previously WorkRehab) since 2011, initially as a subcontracting Senior Occupational Therapist before becoming Team Leader of the Invercargill Branch, then Assistant Clinical Manager before moving into her Contracts Managers Role in 2014.
