Biography
Michele Kernahan became Chief Executive, Construction in March 2017. Michele has an outstanding track record of delivery at Fletcher Building. She is a strong people leader who has consistently developed a high performance and customer leading culture within the business units she has led. Michele’s previous General Management roles at Fletcher Building include Laminex Australia, Golden Bay Cement and Fletcher EQR where she led the team managing the rebuild efforts in Christchurch.Michele has an MBA from Canterbury University and has graduated from leadership and management programmes at the Wharton Business School, Stanford University Graduate School of Business and most recently the Harvard Business School.
