Biography
I was born and raised in Auckland and graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Pharmacy with Honours. I went on to work as a community pharmacist for two and a half years before realising I had a strong ambition to explore a career outside of being a pharmacist. I applied for a job in 2012 with GSK as a primary care medical representative, and moved into the hospital specialist medical representative role 15 months later. These years in the sales team set me up with a solid foundation and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and I continue to draw on this invaluable experience. I made the transition into the medical team in 2015 and am thoroughly enjoying my current role as the Medical Science Liaison for respiratory.
