Biography
Hugh Bigsby Faculty of Agriculture and Life Sciences at Lincoln University. Currently involved in the supervision of 8 PhD and 1 Masters students. The research areas include community forestry in Nepal and the Philippines, social impact assessment in Sarawak, phytosanitary management in Zambia, forest development in Papua New Guinea, meaurement of sustainable forestry in Sabah, carbon markets in Guatemala, environmental impact of rural populations in Vietnam and ecosystem services in Canterbury.
