Biography
Neil has a First Class BSc Honours degree in Psychology (Leicester), a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (Warwick) an MBA (Open) an MSc (Northumbria) and a PhD (Central Lancashire). He is a Fellow of the UK’s Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He has extensive industrial experience in HR/IR with ExxonMobil and the UK's Engineering Employers' Federation. He extended this to strategic business management via consultancy with the Urwick Orr/PA group, and subsequently contracting with Ingersoll Engineers. His main interests are around the issue of Strategy.
