Biography
Victoria Westbrooke Faculty of Agribusiness and Commerce at Lincoln University New Zealand. PhD project, in conjunction with local dairy company Norco, investigated the influence of a farming system (temperate , subtropical) and season on the odour profile of milk. The project involved chemical and sensory analysis of milk, visiting Japan to discuss milk quality with Japanese manufactures.
