Biography
Dr. Karen Hytten is currently working as a Lecturer in the Department of Environmental Management, Massey univesity , Newzealand. Her research interests includes the interface between science, politics and the public. she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Karen Hytten is the member of many international affiliations. She has successfully completed her Administrative responsibilities. she has authored of many research articles/books related to the interface between science, politics and the public.
Research Interest
Her research focuses on the interface between science, politics and the public.She has a strong interest in climate change politics and the social dimensions of wildlife management. She is currently investigating the political discourses shaping social responses to climate change in Australia and New Zealand and exploring drivers and barriers to the increased uptake of renewable energy and other options to mitigate climate change.
