Research Interest
Her research interests during the last eight years have been largely in the areas of migrant transnationalism, especially Chinese/Asian transnational migration. In a broader sense, however, I have a passion for research and theory in the area of human movement mobility, migrants’ integration issues and sexuality and interaction with host country societies. I also have an ongoing interest in issues that relate to ethnic relations between migrant minorities and mainstream/or indigenous people and media influence on ethnic relations.
