Biography
Ralph Bathurst received his PhD from Victoria University Wellington in Management with a particular focus on organizational aesthetics. He lectures in leadership at Massey University’s Albany Campus, and his primary research interest is to understand the relationship between aesthetic processes and organisational life, and more specifically, the role of the artist in enlarging the repertoire of skills available to leaders in order to create more sustainable workplaces.
