Biography
Dr Anthony Yung qualified at the University of Otago in Dunedin in 1991. He then worked at Waikato Hospital as a house officer, medical registrar and as an advanced trainee in internal medicine before undertaking specialist training in dermatology in 1999. He subsequently undertook further postgraduate training in dermatology at Auckland before moving abroad to further his specialist training based at the Leeds General Infirmary from October 2000 to March 2006. He has worked with some of the United Kingdom's foremost experts in the subspecialties of acne treatment, melanoma, connective tissue disease, phototherapy, patch testing, dermatopathology, paediatric dermatology and dermatological surgery.
