Chris Trickett

Biography

 Chris has been at North City Physio for many years now. He has a background in personal training from the UK which gives him the edge when it comes to rehabilitation programmes. He trained at the University of Otago for his undergraduate years, before working as a physiotherapist for almost 5 years in Wellington Hospital. During that time he became the senior orthopaedic physiotherapist.  Chris now works out of our Porirua clinics. He is involved in delivering a lot of ACC Vocational rehabilitation programmes, rehabilitating his clients back to work. Chris' clinical interest include: Exercise prescription Mulligan Technique Kinesiotaping Postgraduate courses: NZMPA courses, Mulligan, Kinesiotaping
