Biography
Roger was the Chief Financial Officer of two listed companies for ten years (Allied Farmers Co-op and Freightways Holdings) followed by 15 years as a partner in PwC and one of its predecessor firms, Coopers & Lybrand. He was Managing Partner of Coopers & Lybrand Auckland for five years. He is a director of Air New Zealand, Fisher & Paykel Healthcare and Southern Cross Medical Care Society and a trustee of the University of Auckland Foundation and the Dilworth Trust Board. He is a member of The Treasury Commercial Operations Advisory Board. Roger holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canterbury and is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and the Institute of Directors in New Zealand.
