Professor Keith A. Hunter Marine chemistry and biogeochemistry of trace metals
Research Interest
Chemical equilibria in marine and fresh waters, particularly involving CO2; measurement techniques for the CO2 equilibrium system in seawater. Trace metals in natural waters and their interactions with phytoplankton; analytical techniques for trace metals; trace metal speciation in natural waters. Colloids and surfaces in marine and freshwater systems; the sea-surface microlayer; mechanisms and kinetics of colloid aggregation.
