Biography

I’m Regan and I’m the owner and founder of Physio Connect, I launched the company 9 years ago with the vision of making expert level, innovative and integrated healthcare easily accessible throughout Auckland and beyond. I’ve been practising physiotherapy for over 10 years and have a semi-professional Rugby league background having played at both provincial and national levels, so have many years of experience in dealing with sports injuries and rehabilitation. Before becoming a Physiotherapist I gained a Bachelor of Health Science at Auckland University. I have an extensive background working with recreational and higher level athletes. Over the past 3 years i’ve enjoyed caring for NZ tag and touch teams and for local rugby and rugby league teams. When i’m not at work or spending time with my wife and three young kids, I enjoy playing rugby league, golf, paddle boarding, and tag
