Biography

 Podiatry excites me because it’s a rapidly evolving field - there’s a continuous stream of new information that’s constantly being presented and with that comes the development of advanced new treatments and the refinement of our current strategies. As a musculoskeletal podiatrist, I’m passionate about staying at the forefront of this innovative healthcare system because it allows me to offer my patients the most effective evidence-based treatment options, getting them back on their feet and out of pain faster and easier than ever before. One of the things I love most about what I do is knowing the difference that the right treatment makes to a patients overall quality of life - I’ve been through it myself. Ongoing foot pain can be extremely limiting and debilitating and no one should have to ‘just put up with it’ or consider it a normal part of their life. I believe in an integrated, patient centred approach to healthcare in which my patients and I work together and tailor each plan to their unique lives and daily regiment to achieve the best outcomes and get them back to doing the activities they love without being limited by pain. I also enjoy minor soft tissue surgeries and have a keen interest in injection therapies for rehabilitation. Outside of work I enjoy getting out into the sunshine, training at the gym and reading.
