Zigie Wightman

Biography

 Originally from the Waikato, I graduated from AUT in 2012 and have since called Auckland home. I come from a netball background but enjoy playing and being involved in most sports and outdoor activities. My passion resides in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and I have gained experience working with a diverse range of sports and youth specific conditions. I am qualified to practice western acupuncture and hope to further my knowledge in the future in both musculoskeletal physiotherapy and nutrition. My treatments combine both a hands on and exercise based approach, aiming to achieve both your short and long term goals and ensuring that you get back to feeling and functioning at your best. I love helping and meeting new people and I feel lucky to be able to do both every day. Outside of work you might find me at the beach or on one of Auckland's local bush walks.
