Biography
From a young age, Celia was passionate about people, physiology and the human form. Raised by a parent with spina bifida helped to develop and evolve her curiosity on functionality. It has also provided an insight to boundaries and breakthroughs to activities of daily living, and the importance of quality health care provision. Celia graduated from the Auckland University of Technology in 2015 with a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Physiotherapy. She has since worked closely with various clients from injured cross-fit athletes, teenagers with walking impairments, spinal cord injuries, and senior citizens recovering from joint replacements. She knows that treating an individual’s ailment is paramount. She prides herself on researching and implementing treatments to build the strength, knowledge, and confidence of her patients. Rock climbing, cycling, and Ludus Magnus classes are just some of the ways Celia keeps herself active. You can find Celia at our Eden Terrace branch daily, so why not book in for a treatment or sport massage with her today!
