Biography
Jay received her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Otago in Dunedin, 2010. Jay joined the Physio Direct team in 2015 from Kalgoorlie, Western Australia where she had been working as a private practice physiotherapist, gaining experience in occupational physiotherapy and helping miners get back to work quickly and safely. She has upskilled in several areas including occupational physiotherapy, shoulder rehabilitation, spinal rehabilitation, hand rehabilitation, kinesiotaping, rocktaping and acupuncture. She is also a certified practitioner of DMA clinical Pilates. Jay is enjoying being back in New Zealand and using these skills to help kiwi’s recover from injuries safely and swiftly.
