Kathi provides desktop support for the scientists at PSI, both locally and for remote users via email and telephone. She has a Bachelors Degree in Business Information Systems from University of Phoenix and a Master's Degree in Information Resources and Library Science from The University of Arizona. Previous positions include IT positions at credit card processor First USA Bank; UofA Help Desk and Consulting Firm Microage/ASG.
